The adverb νῦν as a discourse marker in the Corpus Lysiacum

Abstract
This paper offers a study of the adverb νῦν (and its reinforced variant νυνί) in the Corpus Lysiacum. Our purpose is to provide a description to elucidate its behaviour as a discourse marker in contrast with its use as a prototypical adverb of time.
